ABOUT THE FORMS

All of the forms are listed in the menu on the left of the screen

• The First form is for you to introduce yourself to our community. If you have made a Cursillo weekend or are new to Cursillo and would like to receive updates on our upcoming Cursillo weekends, Ultreyas and other events in the Sacramento area, please register here.
• The Second form is an online application to attend a retreat weekend. If you have not yet attended a weekend please consider doing so.
• The Third form is for those that have already made a weekend, and have chosen to help work as a member of team. If you have worked on a team outside of the Sacramento area, please take a moment to fill out our "team experience" survey.
• The final form is for those who wish to serve on an upcoming team. In order to be considered, you must have already completed forms 1 and 3.
